Praise The Lord for Avery Parker Howell

Parker's sweet little eyes open and seeing the world for the very first time!
His VERY proud "tousin." And his proud aunt's nose.
Sweet Baby Boy nestled in his Daddy's arms! He looks so tiny in Ace's arms. His hair is just like Ace's was as a baby.

Sweet Momma has worked so hard to bring Parker into the world. He was gulping his bottle. Perhaps a sign of things to come. He seems to be an eater- just like his Daddy!

Avery Parker Howell arrived on Monday August 18th 6lbs15oz and 191/2 inches long. We give thanks to the Lord for this healthy and perfect little boy.

As some of you know we have prayed for Parker since about week 12. We were told he had a very high chance of having Downs Syndrome. Since then all test and ultrasounds have shown other wise. Now, he is here and just precious!

Erika went in to the hospital on Sunday am 21/2 weeks early. She was had high blood pressure. So, they were monitoring her pressure and watching her. They tried inducing her, but her little body just wasn't ready. So yesterday afternoon they did an urgent c-section. She has had a very rough time but is doing much better.

Andrew, Knox and I went over yesterday and saw Parker very soon after his birth. I am so in love with my new nephew, just as I am with my other nephew. Knox too is in love and loves having "boy cousins." He and Daddy think they are ready for "2 more brothers." UMMM HMMM!!
